The Lincolnshire Bombers are proud to announce their first off season signing, Offensive Coordinator Mark Crossley formerly of the Doncaster Mustangs.

Coach Crossley's experience in Football began back in the late 80's when he played kitted youth Football.  He was selected and played for the first Great Britain Crusaders kitted youth team in 1989.  He played for the Mancunian Colts senior team in the early 1990's alongside the current Manchester Titans coach, Orlando Holman.  After some time away from the game, Coach Crossley relocated back into the area in 2006 where he joined the Doncaster Mustangs in the July of the same year and was promoted to Offensive Coordinator in the October.

General Manager Mark 'Tank' Harrison is thrilled with the new signing, "As everyone knows, last season was our 'rookie season' in the BAFL and we at the Bombers are very proud of what we did accomplish.  It is now time to take stock of what we have achieved and look to improve for next season, this means reinforcing our squad and coaching staff.  Coach Crossley brings a wealth of Football knowledge which will help to strengthen our whole squad and the offense in particular."

Coach Crossley qualified as a BAFCA coach at Sheffield in March this year.  After leaving the Mustangs mid season, he has decided to commit his coaching future to the Bombers.
